Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines activities that are prohibited on xmdbot (the "Service"), operated by glabs AI. It is incorporated into our Terms of Service by reference. Violating this AUP may result in suspension, termination, or legal action.

1. You May Not Use the Service To

1.1 Violate Law or Rights

  • Break any applicable law, regulation, or court order;
  • Infringe any intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contract right;
  • Facilitate illegal activity, including fraud, money laundering, or export-control violations.

1.2 Harm People

  • Harass, threaten, stalk, or intimidate anyone;
  • Post content that is sexually explicit involving minors, incites violence, or promotes terrorism;
  • Dox, publicly reveal private information, or encourage self-harm;
  • Engage in discrimination or hate speech based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar traits.

1.3 Deceive

  • Impersonate any person or organization;
  • Misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
  • Post content that is knowingly false or misleading, including disinformation intended to manipulate users, elections, or markets;
  • Use the Service to run phishing or social-engineering attacks.

1.4 Abuse Infrastructure

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data;
  • Scan, probe, or test the vulnerability of the Service without written permission;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks, including via denial-of-service attacks;
  • Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or any malicious code;
  • Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security measures.

1.5 Misuse the X (Twitter) Integration

  • Violate X's Terms of Service or Developer Agreement;
  • Send spam, mass unsolicited messages, or engage in platform manipulation (fake engagement, bot networks, coordinated inauthentic behavior);
  • Scrape or redistribute X data in a way that violates X's policies.

1.6 Abuse the Free Service

The Service is currently offered fully free of charge. You may not:

  • Create multiple accounts to evade limits or bans;
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute access to the Service;
  • Use automated tooling to generate artificial load beyond normal use;
  • Block, obscure, or tamper with advertising we may display in the future;
  • Use the Service in a manner that disproportionately consumes resources in bad faith.

1.7 Abuse AI / Automated Features

  • Generate content designed to harass, defame, or deceive;
  • Use the Service to produce CSAM, non-consensual intimate imagery, or other illegal content;
  • Attempt to extract system prompts, circumvent safety measures, or manipulate the Service into producing prohibited output.

2. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of a violation of this AUP, please report it to [email protected]. Include as much detail as possible: URLs, usernames, screenshots, timestamps, and the nature of the violation.

3. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we consider appropriate, including:

  • Issuing a warning;
  • Removing or disabling access to content;
  • Suspending or terminating accounts;
  • Reporting unlawful activity to law enforcement;
  • Pursuing civil or criminal remedies.

We may act without prior notice where we reasonably believe immediate action is necessary to protect the Service, other users, or third parties.

4. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service.
