xmdbot is currently offered fully free of charge to all users.

Features that integrate with X (formerly Twitter) depend on third-party APIs outside our control. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Violating the Acceptable Use Policy may result in suspension or termination of your account.
You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, and transmit Your Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
BECAUSE THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).
